Applied Aged Care Solutions provides Help Desk Services to all users of the Community Services Client Manager (CSCM) software package. This program currently collects information on the following Commonwealth Government (Dept. Health and Ageing) funded National support services provided by the Alzheimer’s Australia and Carers ACT:

  1. Dementia Education and Support Program (DESP)
  2. Living with Memory Loss Program (LWML)
  3. Carer Education Workforce Training Program (CEWT)
