Consulting Services
Background
AACS philosophy is to conduct independent research and
consultancy services to the health and aged care sector – we regard
our independence as our greatest asset. This
means that clients can be assured that the results of consultancy
services will be reported without compromise. Our approach to
our work is simple: (i) listen to what the client wants (ii) apply
the very best methodology to the task (iii) report the results and
findings directly and honestly. AACS brings the
best skills available to its consultancy projects and it has an
uncompromising attitude to quality and customer satisfaction.
AACS understands the need to customise research strategies
in order to obtain information that will meet the aims and
objectives of our clients. We are experienced in survey design, data
collection and analysis as well as project management. All AACS
staff have a sound knowledge of the theoretical aspects of research
and bring with them a broad range of hands on experience with health
care services. As such, AACS has the ability to bring unique
insights into the development and implementation of your project
objectives. At a methodological level, AACS is experienced in
using both objective and subjective measures during data collection,
thus providing our clients with a comprehensive analysis of a
particular research question.
Staff working with AACS are tertiary trained, have many years of
experience in senior research positions and are well qualified (
PhD, Masters, Graduate Diploma). Clients can be
assured that the principle consultants will work their projects –
unlike some consulting companies that use the senior consultant as a
‘supervisor’ for junior less qualified and experienced ‘research
assistant’ staff.
